Under “programs”, run “Twall Test”. This will run a test by displaying all the colors on all the lights. If one of them is not working, you may need a replacement LED circuit board. Please email info@motionfitness.com When I hit a target, the light does not go out. How do I check this? Under “programs”, run “Touch Test”. At this point, no lights will be displayed. Touch one of the targets and it will light up. Test all the targets to make sure all of them light up when pressed. If one of them is not working, please email info@motionfitness.com One of the light covers is broken and won't stay in place. What do I do? For the time being, you can use some clear packing tape to secure it until it gets replaced. Email to info@motionfitness.com . If it is under warranty, a replacement will be sent out within 7-10 business days. If it is not under warranty, the part will need to be paid for in advance before shipping. How do I replace the light cover? By using a flat-head screwdriver, pry up each corner of the cover until the cover pops out. Make sure to keep the “O-ring” that is on each corner that inserts into the Twall. Generally “O-Rings” are not provided with a new cover. So put the old ones onto the new cover. Then insert in the new cover by using your hands to push in each corner till it is all the way in. Then run the “Touch Test” and make sure the target still works. How do I get new games for my Twall? The games on the Twall are standard games that come with the unit. New games can not be downloaded and added. But you can create your own games with the DVD provided in the user manual. Instructions are in the manual on installing the software, creating new games, and uploading those games to your Twall.

Use the Projector’s remote control to turn it on. Look upwards and make sure that light is shining from the lens. If there is not light, make sure the batteries in the remote are working. Then if there is still no light please contact support@motionfitness.com. The keyboard is not working and nothing responds when I press on the keys. - Replace batteries. Turn the keyboard over and remove the battery cover to replace batteries. If after replacing the batteries keyboard is still not responding, please contact support@motionfitness.com - Make sure the keyboard is powered on. Some keyboards will have an off/on switch on the top. My controller works, but doesn’t light up anymore. How do I fix that? - On the back of the controller, there is a small black button that was accidentally pressed. Press this button and it will light up again. What games can I play with the Exerbike? - You can play any game as long as it is for that respective game console My controller doesn’t work. How do I fix that? - There are 3 components that could possibly be the problem: the controller, the P2P (Pedal to Play), or the USB extension cable. - Most likely, the controller has been damaged and will need to be replaced. Are there any visible signs of damage (cuts on the cable, damage to the controller)? One way to test if the controller is damaged, is to remove it from the bike and plug it directly into the game console (this requires taking off the shrouds of the exercise bike). If it doesn’t work, then it needs to be replaced. If it does work, then your problem is not the controller. Email service@motionfitness.com for a replacement - The next most likely problem is USB extension cable. This cable runs from the P2P to the game console. Generally, these only fail when there are cuts on the cable. Email service@motionfitness.com for a replacement. - If your problem is not a controller or a USB extension cable, then call 847-963-8969 option 3 and speak to a customer service representative. The console on the exercise bike is “flickering” when I pedal. What is the problem? - These bikes are self-powered. So most likely, the user is not pedaling fast enough to keep the bike powered. You can eliminate this by putting batteries in the back of the console.

Q: Gamercize - If, after checking all other diagnostics, the GZ Pro-Sport still does not function correctly use the GZ Pro-Sport reset procedure:

Unplug all cables Remove the batteries Press and hold the + button for 10 seconds Replace the batteries (they all go in the same way) The unit should flash all the lights and you will hear a clicking noise Then just the red light will flash. Check it is working by pressing the + and – buttons and cycle through the levels When the level changes from play to gentle you will hear a click and the same will happen from level gentle to play. Using the + or – button, move the level to gentle – the Gentle LED will be lit. After a few seconds of you not touching the unit the red LED will flash. Now you can plug everything back in and it should work normally: When you step the Gamercize unit will register which level you have reached and the appropriate LED (gentle, skill etc) will flash along with you stepping. Your USB device will receive the signal from the unit and then operate normally. If you fall below the level set, in this case gentle, your USB device will cut out. If this does not resolve the issue please check to see if the stepper is faulty

Q: Gamercize - To check if the stepper is faulty:

There are 2 sensors on the stepper – 1 per step. 1 sends a signal to the counter and the other the Gamercize (via the cable coming out the front of the stepper). To test if the stepper sensors are working 100% firstly remove the monitor (number 28), you will see 2 cables coming from the monitor and 1 corresponding cable going back into the stepper unit (31). You will also see a cable coming from the front of the stepper (32). Inside the column where the monitor sits you will be able to see this cable (32) connected to an internal cable which is connected to the sensor (29). Please unplug the front cable (32) from the sensor cable (29) and plug the sensor cable (29) into the free cable coming from the monitor (31). Now the monitor will use both sensors on the stepper. Replace the monitor into its housing, raise the step heights if necessary and start stepping. Does the monitor register a count for each step you are stepping? If yes, please put all cables back the way they were to start with - the Stepper is NOT faulty. If not please take a note of which side is working and we are going to swap the sensor cables over, then reconnect whichever sensor (29) worked the counter while stepping to the cable coming out the front of the stepper (32) and then plug the cable coming from the front of the stepper into the Gamercize unit. Plug one of the monitor cables (31) into the sensor that appears not to be working (32). Start stepping and the Gamercize unit should flash while stepping. A sensor on the stepper is faulty and can be easily replaced or the magnet is not aligned correctly for the sensor to pick up the signal. Check the magnet and advise Gamercize Customer Services of any parts you require.

Q: Gamercize - Use of the Gamercize for Normal Operation:

1. When stepping - one light will be flashing on the GZ Pro-Sport, one green light is illuminated on the controller, the controller will be active. 2. When not stepping - no lights will be flashing on the GZ Pro-Sport, no green light is visible on the controller, a message on-screen asks for the controller to be reconnected. (This is achieved by stepping as in 1.)

GZ Pro-Sport is set to "non-commercial" mode - press the plus key once to change the difficulty setting from "play" to "gentle" If problem still occurs, replace batteries in GZ Pro-Sport

Q: Gamercize - When stepping, one light flashing on GZ Pro-Sport, but controller will not turn on.

Difficulty set too high on GZ Pro-Sport, press the minus key until a stead light is shown against "play" If problem still occurs, check all connections and test if controller faulty by plugging directly into the game console.
