Similar in design to our lightweight, portable fixed rung ladder, our plastic flat rung ladder features adjustable rungs, which allow athletes to perform drills with a variety of stride lengths. With the ability to adjust each rung, trainers have a tool that will challenge even elite athletes to increase foot speed and accuracy, making them quicker to respond as they adjust their footing on the court or field. Includes one 15-foot ladder with 10 adjustable rungs.
