This attachment is 2? thick with padding for comfort. It also is very secure to resist spinning or sliding while doing multiplanar movements. When used as a lower extremity strap it is great for hip, knee, and ankle rehabilitation protocols. When used as an upper extremity attachment, it is excellent for wrist, elbow, and shoulder rehabilitation protocols. Because it is slip resistant it work extremely well for multiplanar, multivector rehab application as well.
