Sprint Track (On Top) is a perfect tool to complement your explosive training. The tiles help to measure the distance travelled, and the attractive colors will entyce your members.

Carry out explosive strength training, bounding, changes of pace and direction, sprints, strides, etc..
Combine speed drills with agility and strength training.
Two options available: integrated with the rest of the floor (Sprint), or on top of your existing flooring (Sprint On Top).
An attractive range of colors that will perfectly suit the aesthetics of each club.
