I think one of my lights isn’t working. How do I check this?
Under “programs”, run “Twall Test”. This will run a test by displaying all the colors on all the lights. If one of them is not working, you may need a replacement LED circuit board. Please email info@motionfitness.com
When I hit a target, the light does not go out. How do I check this?
Under “programs”, run “Touch Test”. At this point, no lights will be displayed. Touch one of the targets and it will light up. Test all the targets to make sure all of them light up when pressed. If one of them is not working, please email info@motionfitness.com
One of the light covers is broken and won’t stay in place. What do I do?
For the time being, you can use some clear packing tape to secure it until it gets replaced. Email to info@motionfitness.com. If it is under warranty, a replacement will be sent out within 7-10 business days. If it is not under warranty, the part will need to be paid for in advance before shipping.
How do I replace the light cover?
By using a flat-head screwdriver, pry up each corner of the cover until the cover pops out. Make sure to keep the “O-ring” that is on each corner that inserts into the Twall. Generally “O-Rings” are not provided with a new cover. So put the old ones onto the new cover. Then insert in the new cover by using your hands to push in each corner till it is all the way in. Then run the “Touch Test” and make sure the target still works.
How do I get new games for my Twall?
The games on the Twall are standard games that come with the unit. New games can not be downloaded and added. But you can create your own games with the DVD provided in the user manual. Instructions are in the manual on installing the software, creating new games, and uploading those games to your Twall.
