Square 3.0

Square 3.0 will increase the demand for new activities while optimizing your available space. Its four different training modes will allow users to choose their preferred training and practice multiple and varied exercises at their own level: equilibrium, speed, reaction, stability, precision, coordination, agility, mobility and postural control.

Working with a partner will allow fun competition between members.
